Guidelines

Abstract Guidelines

  • Abstracts should only be submitted online

  • The deadline for abstract submission is August 20, 2018

  • There is a limit of two contributed submissions per registered author

  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English

Paper Guidelines

  • If your abstract has been accepted, you should submit your final paper. The final paper length should not exceed 15 pages (including references). The template of the Final Paper is available here

  • A paper should contain the description of your study and should be structured in different sections such as: Abstract, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Conclusions, Acknowledgements (if applicable) and References.

Presentation Guidelines

  • Presentations must be delivered in English.

  • Each presentation is 15 minutes long. It is recommended to use 12 minutes to present and 3 minutes for discussion/questions.

  • The recommended file type to be used for presentations is PowerPoint or Portable Document Format (PDF)
